Prom

Prom

It’s getting to that time for high schoolers to have their big leavers prom! I can’t believe mine was 2 years ago now! I’ve included a picture of the dress I wore for my own prom, I absolutely loved it. I chose this because I thought it wasn’t too ‘in your face’ I didn’t really want a huge puffy dress but still wanted something that would stand out. I love the neckline on this dress, that’s what drew me in originally. You can’t really see but it’s all embroidered and the two straps round the neck carry on down so it had a slightly low back. The material chiffon, all light and flowing! I thought the peachy colour complimented my blonde hair with my skin tone. I chose to wear silver glitter heels with a jewelled silver clutch bag! I thought it bought it all together! I opted to have my hair in a curly up-do with quite natural make-up (done by myself!) I made my mum hold the umbrella for me, little diva!! It’s such a nice end to high school and anyone going will enjoy themselves very much!!

My new obsession!

My new obsession!

I have completely fallen in love with these Impera lace-up laser cut Christian Louboutins! They’re SO amazing, I just think they’re so different! I recently saw them on Kylie Jenner, but they’re so popular they’re sold out on so many websites! I’ve been trying so hard to find a cheap alternative or a look-a-like but I can’t find any!! I just love the lace-up part of the shoe, I think it gives an outfit that edge. I’m such a shoe lover anyway but these are at the top of my list!

Blake Lively in Cannes

OH. MY. GOD. Can we all just take a minute to appreciate how amazingly beautiful Blake Lively is?

Image

She first stepped out in this absolutely to die for maroon Gucci gown in Cannes. I just cannot even look at this picture without wanting to cry. I just want to be her. She looks absolutely amazing, so perfect. The dress is SO gorgeous, it’s so eye-catching. The shape of the neck is different and the way the material just falls with the two splits up the front!!! I cannot fault this look at all. It’s sheer perfection. I love the earrings and the bracelets, it just gives it that little something extra! I love her hair pulled back into that slick pony as to show off the neckline and the earrings, it’s just perfect! She is to die for, an absolute beauty!

The next look is this STUNNING Chanel gown.

I mean look at this? It’s like a mermaid, a bag of sequins and God just had sex. I love this look so much, she looks amazing. The pockets are so cool, they just give it that edge that you wouldn’t expect! I think the corseting is vital, if it wasn’t so pulled in at the waist then this could have looked a bit boxy and unflattering. The way it’s iridescent is so eye-catching, this dress is so beautiful. I love how she has her hair down and tousled too, it’s not too severe with this dress as it’s extremely feminine. The way she has kept her colour pallet together is good too, too much colour would have ruined this look!

I think this is so amazing, I can’t get over how much I love this dress. She look so amazing, and I’ve always thought she dressed impeccably! What do you think? X

An old look!

An old look!

This is a look of mine from back in January! I have to say this is one of my favourites, I really love all-white looks. All-black and monochrome looks I adore too, I’m sat writing this in all black!! My lacy bralet is really old I got it ages ago from Republic, I think it was around £15. My boyfriend blazer is from Next in the sale from £50 to about £30 or £25 I think, it fits me so well and I love how the sleeves fall just above my wrists. I’m always wearing my skort!! Those who haven’t heard of it before, its basically shorts but looks like a skirt from the front with two crossed over panels. This one is from Missguided, I think it was less than £20! My necklace and clutch bag are from Next and I tried to coordinate the silver jewels! I think it brings this look together! What do you think? X

Emma Stone

Image One woman who’s fashion I’m completely in love with at the moment is Emma Stone’s. She has been looking amazing recently and her outfit’s are to die for and she is making her way to be a complete fashion icon. The picture seen above was taken at The Amazing Spiderman 2 premier in Paris, and I think this dress is nothing short of perfection. I think it’s perfect for the occasion and it’s very couture. The detailing is very eye-catching and stands out against the pale blue material, I think this colour is fabulous on her completion and is very flattering on her. The cape style on the back is something I love, I think it gives an edge to a dress and makes it more interesting, as well as something to look at from the back. Image Another dress which I have completely fallen in love with is this Versace golden gown, as seen above. I think this is pure perfection!!! Also worn at a premier recently, I think this dress is elegant, fun and absolutely gorgeous! The yellow compliments her hair and her pale skin beautifully. The slightly dipped back makes it even more interesting and the pop of colour on her lips brings this whole look together. Minimal jewellery is very important also, she doesn’t wear much in either of these looks which I think is vital as the dresses are very statement and too much jewellery could completely ruin this look. I think any designers would be dying to dress her! I think she is finding herself with fashion and she is looking amazing! I’m excited to see what she wears next.

Summer Time

Image

It’s starting to get warmer and people are booking their holidays for the Summer and no doubt people will be holiday shopping! I’m going away with all my friends to Malia this August and I’ve been stocking up on bikini’s and trying to find myself some little sun dresses and sandals! The peach and flowery bikini above is from H&M and I think will look lovely with a tan, it was only cheap too. However, you have to buy the two pieces separate, which sometimes isn’t bad if you need different sizes but can be a bit more costly. OR you could even mix and match! I love H&M for holiday clothes and simple pieces, it’s still cheap but has great quality.

Image This neon green bikini is from good old Primark, only £4! I love this colour, and think this will also look great when you have a tan! Being only very cheap, it’s still great looking and eye-catching. I think Primark are great for basic clothes and holiday pieces! Of course, you find the rubbish cheap looking clothes but there are still the great finds! You can pick up sunglasses and flip flops for around £1, and get great bikinis (with tops and bottoms) for around £3.
